Vitality Woman

Vitality Woman

This program is geared for restoration of the essence of the female hormonal system – Estrogen and Progesterone balance.

This program is geared towards addressing the needs of the menopausal woman such as bothersome symptoms of hot flashes, insomnia, and sexual dysfunction as well as long-term risk factors of bone loss and cardiovascular disease. This program may also be used for women with Premature Ovarian Insufficiency.

The program integrates vitamins and nutraceuticals as well as Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT). There are several options for HRT, which can be customized to suit the needs of the patient. Vitality Logix relies on transdermal Estradiol/Estriol creams with oral Progesterone. A variety of modifications can be made such as cream forms including Estradiol/Estriol/Progesterone with/or without Testosterone (used for decreased libido in women).

For women who prefer a non-hormonal treatment approach to their menopause transition, Vitality Logix offers several studied and proven herbal/nutraceutical formulations that have a successful track record of alleviating symptoms.

As part of this program you will receive a complementary menopause relief supplement to get you started on the road to hormonal balance and symptom relief.

The program consists of three Vital Visits:

1. Initial consultation

  • Discuss your medical history and risk factors
  • Undergo head-to-toe Internal Medicine Evaluation
  • Discuss and recommend key lifestyle changes to enhance hormonal balance, including specific exercises to enhance sexual health and overall well-being
  • Receive instructions for lab testing
  • Referral for Mammogram, Pelvic Ultrasound and GYN (if not already done so within 6 months)

2. Second visit

  • Discuss lab results
  • Recommend Internal Medicine treatments and care, including management of conditions such

as high blood pressure, diabetes, cardiovascular disease and thyroid function
  • Recommend treatment protocol
  • Discuss treatment protocol procedures and risks
  • Discuss and recommend lifestyle changes to enhance positive treatment outcome

3. Third visit

  • Optimize treatment protocol
  • Recommend further follow-up care

Women on this program should feel significant relief of their symptoms related to menopause within several weeks, depending on the type of treatment. In women, cortisol imbalance and/or Adrenal Fatigue and Thyroid issues often exacerbate menopausal symptoms and evaluation for this is strongly recommended. If abnormalities in cortisol exist then balancing Adrenal Function and thyroid function

(if it is sub-optimal) is necessary for the best possible clinical outcome.
